Nice work! I agree with previous reviews, you really have improved! And the hair is cool, idk why you don't like it. It's also nice to see people leave structure in for once and not finish the piece. Nice tones and shading too!

Some confusing anatomy, figure balance, and composition... and the whole thing feels like a sticker with its edges glowing blue... Any reason for that? And the background...? It feels like the picture crashed into the bottom of the frame.

But the colors are really cool, as is the subject matter. 7.5/10

Nice work. I disagree with the review below, the border and background do not overpower anything. I like how its digging the steampunk and art nouveau feel, really cool. I've been following your stuff for a while now, it's awesome to see it improve. Great job!

Kinda looks like Maleficent crossed with the Grinch. Nice work, great idea... something disturbing about those blobs of green and their size though...

Ha, Maleficent never came to my mind while drawing this but now that you mentioned it... I guess his fuzzy "pigtails" (or whatever else that's supposed to be) kinda does look like a fashion choice, she would make ;)
And of course I'm happy to disturb you with my blobby things - muwahaha!
